A sight not to be missed when visiting Block Island, Mohegan Bluffs requires a walk down, then back up, 141 steps. I went twice on my weekend stay on the island and both times the south side of the island was socked in with fog. It was worth both of the short trips from town to stand at the top of the stairs and look out into the abyss of fog.
